Take a look at our  Puglia “Well-being” Week, Available in May, early June and late September to take advantage of the warm sunny weather without it being too hot. Take advantage of this vacation and you will go home feeling refreshed and relaxed.

We will create a tailored package for you whether you want just a little yoga, beach and pool time and pampering or you want something more strenuous. There will be time too to explore Puglia and our special area, the region of Salento, either independently or as part of one of our Puglia Experience days.

Accommodation is at Casa Mare, a peaceful location beside the Adriatic.

A typical program goes something like this :

Day 1 – On arrival day you will have time to settle in and perhaps explore the locality a little. Depending on arrival times a light lunch will be served and dinner will be cooked for you by the Puglia Chef.

Puglia Villa Holidays - Yoga lessonsDay 2 – Every day we will begin with an early morning walk beside the sparkling Adriatic. You can set your own pace, if you prefer to jog or run we will provide you with routes to follow, by the sea and in the country. We will end the walk/run with a refreshing swim in the sea, or in the swimming pool.

Time for breakfast. Continental breakfast served alfresco under the flowering arbor or, if you prefer, on the beach. On the menu will be the best Pugliese cold meats, cheeses, cereals, yogurts, fresh bread, fruits, coffee or tea.

After breakfast we will take a trip to either Torchiarolo or Squinzano giving you the opportunity to do a little essential food shopping and experience a typical Pugliese town. The focus today is on rest and relaxation, spend the rest of the day by the pool or on the beach. Late afternoon will give you the opportunity for a yoga session and / or a massage before aperitivo is served by the pool, a curtain raiser for the barbeque and cocktail (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)  evening.

Day 3 – Take a wine tour in the morning. Wine tours are chauffeured and our guide is fluent in English, Italian and French. Apart from the opportunity to taste and buy some of the best wines from Puglia you will learn a lot about the wines and wine-making and have a lot of fun too.

Lunch will either be in a typical local restaurant or an antipasti buffet at Casa Mare

In the afternoon siesta or simply relax by the pool or on the beach. Early evening aperitivi is served in the garden and then dinner in a nearby local restaurant selected and recommended by us.

Puglia Villa Holidays - Yoga lessonsDay 4 – Walking and swimming before breakfast is served. The rest of the day is free to explore Puglia and the Salento or to take part in a Puglia Experience Day. If you prefer to stay at the villa for the day aqua-aerobics or yoga sessions can be arranged.

Day 5 – Walking and swimming before breakfast is served. After breakfast take part in a yoga session before heading out for a spa day at a beautiful Moroccan inspired masseria. You will have use of the large outdoor swimming pool before a light lunch. After lunch the spa facilities will be available together with a massage of your choice. Other treatments can be booked in advance.

Day 6 – Walking and swimming first. Then head out to the Puglia School of Wine and Cooking. The program will start with a light breakfast and an introduction to the foods and cookery of Puglia. Together with your hosts you will prepare everything for your lunch and then spend an enjoyable lunch time eating the dishes you have prepared.

Day 7 – Departure day! We feel sure you will have fallen in love with Perfect Puglia and the Special Salento and not want to leave. You will be returning home relaxed and refreshed and ready to step out into the fray again.

Of course if you want to stay longer extra days can be booked, subject to availability, on an accommodation only basis.
